Due to popular demand, the Arab Swiners BBQ Club is putting on a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge Class. The class will be held on April 23rd, 2011 at the ARAB Shrine Temple in Topeka Kansas.
The class is open to anyone who is interested in becoming a Certified BBQ Judge which includes, members of the BBQ Club, Competition BBQ Team members, or just about anyone else who is interested.
The cost for the class is $85.00 which includes the class and your first years membership in the Kansas City BBQ Society. KCBS members who are up to date with their memberships who want to attend can do so at the reduced price of $50.00 (Must be a current KCBS member).
Entry forms and payment must be recieved no later than Saturday, April 16th, 2011 to reserve a seat.
